Optiplex 9010 - Intel HD 2500 driver update?
I'm having cursor response issues in a CAD program I'm using (~10sec delay from mouse movement to cursor movement).
Intel have a driver update for the HD 2500 video card (15.33.45.4653), but Dell isn't providing it (their latest is 10.18.10.4425, which is installed).
If I try to run the Intel update, I get an error message "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."
Since Dell seems to no longer be supporting the Intel HD 2500 video card, how can I update this driver?

Uninstall the Dell Driver and then install the Intel one and it may work.

With a different copy of the 15.33.45.4653 driver download I was able to get it to install...
However, whilst the install script did say it was 15.33.45.4653 (4/7/17), the driver actually installed was 10.18.10.4653 (4/7/17).
And after all that, it didn't help the cursor issue.
I've started using the Generic Windows driver, and whilst not perfect, it is dramatically better (1sec delay).
