Optiplex GX260 and Logitech Wireless Mouse and Keyboard

We recently purchased a wireless combo mouse and keyboard from Logitech.  The devices plug in via USB for the mouse and either USB or PS/2 for the keyboard.  We have been able to successfully connect the mouse but have had no luck with the keyboard in either the USB or PS/2 port.  We have 3 Optiplex workstations with the same problem.  The devices are working correctly on other systems.  Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?
