Optiplex gx620

My pc won't power on and there is a steady orange/Amber light on the motherboard. I've tested the power supply and all parts are good help please

When did the issue start? Was there any hardware changes done recently?

Are you able to eject the DVD tray? Also please remove the memory modules and try with one module at a time.

Log onto support.euro.dell.com--enter tag#--submit--manuals , this will show you the instructions on RAM removals.

Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message. Also let us know the contact number and email address.
