Optiplex small form Video card for Solidworks realview?

I have an Optiplex 745 and need the best CAD capable card I can get. i get really confused about video cards and would like your help.
 
SolidWorks recommends Quadro FX cards and FireGL cards.
Any Thoughts?

If your system has a PCI Express x16 slot on the system mainboard, you should be able to locate a low profile video card with 256 or 512MB of RAM installed.  You can check with a number of online resellers including Newegg.com and TigerDirect.com to name just a few.
