Order has been acknowledged - since March 18th - but no confirmation email.

Hi,

Is this something that is common. I have received an acknowledgement email - however have not yet received a confirmation email.

I tried to contact order support as well as customer service - however they were unable to assist me, as I have not received my order number.

Did my order not go through??

Can someone please assist me, as I've spoken to a total of 4 reps already, and they can't make head or tails of this.

Did anything end up happening with this? I'm sure to be in the same boat. ... they really need to get some people from the same continent with english as their first language for support! help the economy and customers at the same time
