Ordered wrong graphics card..can I still replace?

I just received my brand spanking new gaming rig, which I splurged on.  However, I made the mistake of getting it with the NVIDIA GTX 1080 instead of the GTX 1080ti.  

I'd hate to have to return the whole thing and re-order.  Would Dell replace just the graphics card if I paid the difference and any shipping costs?

I am afraid, Dell does not have the option of part exchange or individual part upgrade as the system will be billed as a whole unit.

You will need to raise a refund request, return this computer & order a new system with the specifications you are looking for.
