PERC Drivers not loading

I have a Dell T3600 I am trying to restore back to factory defaults. The Hard Drive is on the Sata/Raid controller HDD0 port, I have downloaded the PERC drivers for my computer using the service tag. When I pop in the Windows 7 disc and try to access my recovery partition on the hard, the drive is not found. I pop in the CD with the PERC drivers and I load the drivers for my system the HD still does not show up.

F6 drivers must be done from floppy.

You Require F6 drivers for windows.

Windows does not support the controller natively.

You have to install IN ATA mode not AHCI mode then add drivers.

This package provides the driver for Intel C600 SCU Storage Controller and is supported on Precision T series running the following Windows Operating system Windows: Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 (32/64-bit).

F6 install.  Otherwise you get STOP: 0x0000007B (parameter1, parameter2, parameter3, parameter4)

Systems Precision T3600 ,T5600 , T7600

F6 Drivers Apply to windows only.

After you use the BIOS setup of a Windows 7-based computer or a Windows Vista-based computer to change the Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) mode of the boot drive to use either the Advanced Host Controller Interface (AHCI) specification or redundant array of independent disks (RAID) features, you receive the following error message when the computer is restarted:
STOP 0x0000007B INACCESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE

This issue occurs if the disk driver in Windows 7 or Windows Vista is disabled. This driver must be enabled before you change the SATA/RAID mode of the boot drive.
