The current concept of the Dell Community Forum is virtually useless to me -- especially considering that there is no way currently to find information specific to the XPS systems.  Further, I strongly urge the Dell managers to set up two separate discussions:  one for XPS Desktops and one for XPS laptops.

Hello,

Can you think of any specific changes or additions that Dell could do to help the forum?

We could bring back the old forum :emotion-5:

We need to have the XPS Desktop and Laptop forums back

WE also need to segerate the OS section to break it down by OS like XP Vista Windows 7 etc.

We absolutely need the XPS forum back-- not only does it save us the hassle of contacting tech support, but Dell's workload (Chris' excepted :-) is reduced as well-- it really seems like a "no-brainer, win-win" situation.

What we need is the same Forum Hierarchy that we had in the old forum.  At least that would begin to make this new format easier to work with.
