Possibile new upgrades with Insp. 530 Vista 64, 0RY007 MOBO with G33/ICH9 Chipset

I've been reading in several places and forums that the new bios updates for the above mentioned chipset allow for some big changes. It's written on the wilkipedia site that the new bios versions allow the system to see and use up to 8GB (with 64bit ). So, does this mean that since I have the new version of bios that I can snatch out the 4-1gb ram ddr2 cards and put in 4-2gb ram ddr2 cards? Also if you google the G33/ICH9 Chipset it clearly states that it allows the use of DDR2 OR DDR3 ram! It also can recognise 800/1066/1333 mhz speeds. So does this mean I can turn my slow 2gb667mhz (what I bought) (Now 4gb 800mhz)  of ram into 8gb of ram @1333mhz??? Of course if you ask dell they'll  say no. Just like they said I couldn't put the E8400 in my pc. Then list it as a compatiable upgrade on their own site. Which if your like me with the 0RY007 mobo can't be o'clocked. (E2180 @2ghz) Now with the bios upgrades it allows use of some of the faster dual cores. It even lists a 3.33Ghz that's compatiable with my service tag. The E8400 is at 3Ghz which is plenty fast enough for the games that I couldn't previously play. Anyone else out there heard of these possibilities???

Inspiron 530, Vista Home Prem. 64, E8400 cpu, Corsair HX620watt psu, 4gb of Crucial ram, Geforce 9800gt gpu, Soundblaster Xtremegamer X-Fi, Samsung SyncMaster 2033 LCD,and Logitec X-540 5.1
