Precision T3400 Memory Upgrade to 16 GB DDR2

I'm a (very) satisfied owner of a T3400 Precision Workstation.

Currently the amount of RAM installed is 8 GB (DDR2, 800 MHz, ECC, unbuffered).

The question I submit to the community is simple: can I upgrade the system memory to 16 GB? If so, which kind of modules (and manifacturers) should I prefer? I would like to install 16 GB, DDR2, 800 MHz, non ECC (I believe is faster), unbuffered.
