Precision Tower 7910 PCIe Slot
1) What does the x4 electrically mean in "PCI Express 2/3.0 x16 (x4 electrically) card slot" for slot 1 and 3?
2) I have 2 double slots GPUs and a PCIe 4x NIC card to install with one CPU. So is the best position is the 2 GPUs take slot 2 and 4 while the NIC takes slot 1.

"PCI Express 2/3.0 x16 (x4 electrically) card slot" probably means that an x16 card will physically fit into the slot, but that slot only functions as an x4 slot. So an x16 card has to be able to work with x4 connections to go in that slot.
Do you know if the 7910 supports two GPU cards, even if it has two real x16 slots?
Will there be enough space (and air circulation) to install 2 double-wide GPU cards?
is your NIC PCI-e 2.0 or 3.0? If it's PCI-e 2.0, will it work in a PCI-e 3.0 slot?
Maybe somebody else will know those answers...
