Precison 390 power supply upgrade

I have a Precision 390 workstation system and want to upgrade the power supply beyond the 375W original.  Does anyone have an idea what brand-name power supplies (between 500W and 750W) would fit in a Precision 390?  Thanks for any info.

Not sure, but may I ask why you want to upgrade the PSU? The 375W is pretty powerful.

if your using a Quad-Core CPU and HD3870X2 you can easily use 500watts

any update on this one?

i also have Precision 390 and i already purchased intel q6600 and nvidia GTS 250 1GB and i believe the psu needs to be upgraded to about 500-600W. do you know of any powersupply that works with precision 390?  i am not so sure if the stock PSU that comes with this dell desktop is ATX compatible... i dont have any technical information with this... i plan to buy aftermarket psu but i am also having 2nd thoughts of what if it wont work and this is the main reason why i came to this forum....

hope you can help me...
