Question Plz about video card connections

Hello everybody,     xps730 running two GTX 280s in SLI, each card has a two hdmi ports, 4 total. I have a Sony TV that i hope to connect as a secondary monitor, my primary monitor is a dell 20 inch flat panel. please help me as to which monitor goes to which port to which card.

Those are DVI ports, not HDMI. If the video cards are in SLI mode, you cannot use more than one DVI port. Turn SLI mode off, then connect monitor 1 to the top video card inside DVI port. Connect TV to the bottom video card inside DVI port. Go into the Display Settings and enable the TV as the secondary monitor.

DVI on Sony Aka HDCP will require a DVI to HDMI conversion AND HDCP compliance to play Blue Ray DVD's

The key to remember is that all devices in your computer that a Blu-Ray movie’s data will transfer through needs to be HDCP compliant or the movie won’t play.

This means the  your video card must be HDCP compliant, and finally your monitor must be HDCP compliant.
