Question regarding my warranty, if anybody could answer.
Hi, I'm quite confused regarding my Complete Care warranty for my Alienware Aurora R4.
I recently had a hardware failure, and I have a "Complete Care" warranty active for the system until January 2015. I called the Alienware Warranty Customer Support number, and they told me my computer didn't have a warranty. I just double checked the Dell website to confirm that I do indeed have a warranty.
I've read over the Complete Care Warranty's FAQ/Terms, and I meet all the requirements to have it used.
The only solution I can think of is "DELL" is my provider, not Alienware themselves (if they're somehow a different company, or have different rules regarding warranties).
Any help would be appreciated, it makes me extremely upset that I've spent a lifetimes savings on the system (Including a 3 year warranty), and I've taken very good care of it, and one tiny thing happens and I'm all of a sudden not eligible. Thanks.

Maybe you should try contacting them again. Hopefully a different support tech will find your warranty...
You can also re-post this on the Customer Care forum where someone may be able to look into the issue for you.
And in the future, better to post questions about Alienware systems in the Alienware Club forum.
Hope they figure out the warranty and get the system fixed quickly!
