Ram for Optipex 740 Desktop with AMD Dual Core 4850e CPU?

I have several Optiplex 740 Desktops with an AMD Athlon Dual Core 4850e CPU and was wondering what type/speed (533, 667, 800) ram would be best to use. I've heard AMD is a little tricky when it comes to ram.
