Random Dell logo pops up on monitor

We have a Vostro Desktop with Windows 7 pro.  We ran the Dell "PC Fix" a few days back and ever since we are getting a random black screen with the blue Dell logo on it while working on the computer. It goes away after a few seconds, but on a few occasions it did not and a series of broad colored bands began flashing on the monitor. Had to turn off the computer to get control back.

Uninstalled the "fix" program and still the monitor gets this random junk.

Can not get rid of it.  Went to "Live Chat" and got no help at all.

What now folks?
