Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected
I have a Dell Inspiron M5040 that either will give me this message or will sit with a black screen after fully booting, i have restarted it several times, it runs windows 10. Please help! this laptop is my baby.

Thanks for writing to us.
Please check in BIOS if hard drive is detected and ensure its set to first priority in Boot sequence.
You can go to BIOS by tapping on f2 during start up.
Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message
