(Redirected) New Area 51 wont boot or start at all.

I bought a brand new Area 51 and it has never turned on. I waited 45 on hold to get support, went through about half an hour of questions which I had already answered and then lost the call. Frustrating to say the least. Not what I expect when spending $3,500 on a pc that I could have built with better parts for under around $2k. I know it's over priced but I figured that maybe with all the money being made it would lead to at least reasonable customer service. 

I've been building pcs for over 20 years. It's not the power cord. It's not the outlet. I'm assuming it's the power supply but I'm not sure. An led blinks for a second and I get a tick. I haven't opened it to see what the led might be. Please tell me it's possible to get this resolved without calling again. Apparently chat isn't available for my pc. What can I do? I apologize if I made disparaging comments but I think my frustration could be understood.
