(Redirected) Windows 10

Since upgrading to Windows 10, I have had an  very annoying flashing black box appear in the upper left hand corner about every minute for just a moment. I downloaded all recommended Dell updates except for the graphics card, as it said the one I have on my computer is newer. Up to date on Windows downloads and updates as well. Has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a solution?
