Replacing the Optical Drive with an SSD in an Optiplex 9020 SFF

I'd like to replace the optical drive in an Optiplex 9020 Small Form Factor desktop with a 2.5", 9.5mm thick solid state drive. I want to keep the existing 3.5" hard drive and move the operating system to this new SSD. Are the power and data cables in the 9020 SFF sufficient for me to use an optical-to-SSD caddy, like can be used in a laptop? Something like this:

Yes the power and data cables are able to run an SSD. There are no differences between the SATA power and SATA cables used for the hard drive and optical drives are the same.
