Returning new Dell pc but need help to get my stuff off of pc.

From a little old lady who has no clue how to do this ! Please can someone explain to me how to get my stuff off of this silly pc I bought which is slow as molasses. It's an Inspiron all in one.i3455. I got it on Amazon and I hope I don't have to pay a restocking fee. Thank so much
