SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x000003B (0xc0000005, ...)

Hi

I'm installing a brand new Dell Precision T5810
Upon initial boot Windows 7 gets installed
- during the installation process the system rebooted and a BSOD appeared with error SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x000003B (0xc0000005, ...)
I wanted to restart the installation again but was unable to enter the Recovery partition to execute the process : F11, Ctrl F11, F8 none of these keys worked - there wasn't even the option to repair the system
All I can do is install Windows 8.1 from the disk that was included in the box

I ran complete diagnostics and no error was detected

any ideas ?
thanks
yann

3b is usually a graphic's driver (display adapter/video driver), other possibilities include
but are not limited to antivirus/antispyware/security issues (MALWARE) and programs and even memory (mapping).

BCCode: 3b    0x0000003b

Cause

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.
