Serial port cable for Dimension 9200

I have a Dimension 9200 which has a 24-pin PS/2 & serial port connector on the motherboard, but neither the owner's manual or the service manual gives a pinout diagram.

I want to connect that 24-pin connector to a 9-pin serial connector on the back panel. I cannot find anything on the Dell web site.

Does anyone have a source for a cable or a pinout diagram so that I can build one myself?

Its not passive so there are no cable diagrams. Pinouts in general are never given out or documented.
