[Solved] T5500 Workstation continuous beep with high CPU usage.
I have a T5500, and anytime I stress the CPUs the system starts a continuous, constant beep noise.
The system still appears to run normally and the CPU temps are also under control, just the annoying sound.
I do not see a continuous sound anywhere in the manual so I don't know what this means.
This is an old machine and out of warranty so if I cannot find the problem, can I just turn off or disconnect the speaker making the noise?

Solved, I feel like such an idiot. Someone helped me find the problem. I am powering the PC with a UPS unit right next to it and it clearly does not have the juice to power the T5500 anywhere close to full load.
So after days of troubleshooting I found it to be a simple ID10T error.
