Sound Issues - Dell Precision 380 Tower

Hello,

I have a Dell Precision 380 running Windows 7, with all the compatible drivers installed.

A few days ago both front and back jack outputs stopped working. I troubleshoot by using the windows help wizard and it doesn't seem to detect any issues. Also, I went through the following steps:

- Ensure my sound was not muted

- Re-installed sound driver (tested the 2 drivers listed on my specs)

- Tested both outputs with speakers and headphones which worked fine on other devices

My machines specs:

OS: Win 7 SP1

Processor: Intel(R) Premium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz  2.79GHz

RAM: 2.00GB

Sys Type: 32-bit

Sound Driver: Microsoft High Definition Audio Device

Also tested the following driver: SIGMATEL STAC 92XX C-Major HD Audio, v.5.10.0.4823, A05

Any advice is highly appreciated.
