Sound not coming on my N5010 laptop

i have dell inspiron N5010 laptop with OS windows 8 64 bit.

Recently sound is not coming from the speakers as well as the headphones.

I have tried updating my sound drivers but nothing happened.

I ran diagnostics during booting and got error codes 1B63: 061B and 1B63: 1A1B.

Please advice me regarding this problem.
