Start up , SOS Messaging problem
Every time I restart my PC XPS 8700 I get an error window that states that SOS.Messaging is not working properly. Windows is searching to fix the problem . This takes about 2 minutes and then the error window goes away. It happens every time I power up, very annoying and wasting valuable time. What could this be and how do I resolve ?

The message is related to SOS Online Backup. Did you uninstall it recently?

No, I haven't done anything with it , nor do I even know what its function is . It started doing this about 4 months ago , any ideas how to make it go away ?

If you don't use SOS backup then this is malware.
