Support.Dell.com not detecting drivers on my desktop correctly

I ran the detect software to detect my current drivers. Every time I run this, it gives me recommendations for drivers that are OLDER than what I have installed. It keeps recommending the following:

That's no  excuse for posting the same problem 3 separate times. Besides, you did get an answer in one of your other threads.

The AMT Drivers for the XPS8700 are CHIPSET Drivers and OEM Specific.
