The Ctrl-C Doesn't Work Properly

Question

After have my Dimension 4600 little bit over a year, I found the ctrl-C key didn't work every time when I pressed the keys. I had to hit several times, or use the right mouse click, in order to copy a high-lighted text. I opend the keyboard, but could not see anything I could do about.

This annoying issue really cut down my productivity. How to solve this problem other than getting another one?

If the key is flakey, only option is another keyboard.  Keyboards are relatively cheap anymore.  You can use an aftermarket or order a new Dell, if it's out of warranty.
