the caveat is, it is simulated sine wave so there is a chance it won't play nice with the Dell PSU.

YMMV

Finally got a response from them , they say it would work but  Since the Dell XPS systems have power factor corrected power supplies, you need to multiply the watt rating of the PC by 1.25 and then size based on this number. In this case, that would be 575 watts. So probably need a higher wattage one . Thanks for your time Dan - H

I have a deal watch set for pure sinewave UPS and this came up this morning.

"B&H Photo Video.com has CyberPower 1500VA 900W Pure Sinewave UPS (CP1500PFCLCD) on sale for $119.99. Shipping is free."

I would jump on this if I needed one for a PC. I have bought from B&H Photo several times. I think I first bought a camera from them 15-20 years ago. Last year bought a pair of GTX 1070 graphics cards so as a vendor I consider them legit.

Also, given the choice of a pure sinewave vs a simulated sinewave I would take the pure sinewave any day for a computer power supply.

good luck.
