USB Ports not working!

HI there,

I have an Inspiron 1545 and have recently noticed that 2/3 of the USB ports have stopped working. I tried scanning my computer, as well as doing a system restore (thinking it was a virus) with no luck. Just wondering if there is an easy fix for this, or if I'll have to send it in to Dell!
