Unable to install Conexant CX20582 Audio Driver
When trying to install this driver, as requested, I am asked to insert a disk. But this driver is a download file, as sugested by Dell.
How can I resolve this issue?

Get drivers for your exact system from Dell Drivers and Downloads at Dell Support. Follow the installation instructions on the download page. You need to unzip the downloaded file before installing. Explain why you are installing the driver and how you are installing as well as your model computer--which should always be included in posts. See if these instructions apply--
