Unknown Bluetooth Device ??

Hi,

I am helping a friend to fix a problem in his 'XPS One 2710' PC.

In device manager he has an unknown device.

It appears 10 times under the same device parameter.

I tried windows update to find driver, but no luck.

I have uninstalled them, but they return on reboot ??

I have a snip of the hardware ID included.

Any help is appreciated !!
