Upgrade Dell Optiplex GX620 USFF

I need to upgrade my Optiplex GX620 USFF, but this barbone dont work fine in the internet.
Dont play HTML5 video on Youtube, and flash video on media sites. One Core processor already not actually.
I have Core 2 Duo e4400, but GX620 not startup system with him, I am update BIOS ver. A11 - not result.

Pentium Dual-Core e2160 - dont work.

Maybe anybody  fix BIOS A11 for support Core2Duo or Pentium Dual-Core (65-nm, FSB 800), if chipset 945G, and other motherboards different  vendors, supports Core2Duo or Pentium Dual-Core (65-nm, FSB 800).
Really need your help. Thanks.

You cannot wish a feature into existence,  Pentium D 915 is as far as it goes. The youtube video issue is the INTEL Graphics and the USFF has no slots so there is no upgrade.

""The youtube video issue is the INTEL Graphics""
When played Youtube video CPU Load - 100%, and Time Core (Red line) -50-60%.
Then I think, youtube HTML5 player used CPU, and not GPU.

Chipset 945G has technical capability to use Core 2 Duo 65nm (FSB 800, 65W).
Internet users used specials utilities to add one sample processor to CPU microcode, and CPU work perfect. I want to find a specialist, which one can update CPU microcode.

Intel Graphics is integrated so there is no separate GPU and integrated Graphics Steals from System ram.  Micro Code is not upgraded on the cpu.  Bios is upgraded sometimes to accomodate newer chips but in the case of the 620 there is no Core 2 Duo anything ever.  End of story.

my Optiplex GX620 USFF works good with cpu  Pentium D945 it does not support  Virtualization Technology (VT-x)

And you can try D950 or D960 its support Virtualization Technology (VT-x)

130W processors do not and will not work in a USFF unit because the DA-2 power BRICK is only 220W.

The bios will shut down the system based on unsupported processor to prevent a fire.

What You Think about Pentium® D 920 and Pentium® D 930  95w if it will work or not in a USFF unit
