Upgrading Graphics Card for Dell XPS 410

Hey folks,

I am looking to upgrade my graphics card in my Dell XPS 410 from its current GeForce 8600 GTS to a GeForce 9800 GTX (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130339).  So my three questions are, does my mobo support this, can I upgrade the RAM,  and do I need a bigger power supply?  Below are the specs for my computer:

XPS 410, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E6420 (2.13GHZ,1066FSB) with 4MB cache

2GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz

256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS

Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit Edition English

Sound Blaster Audigy MB Audio

The computer was bought in 2007.

I've look online and no comps I've seen exactly match my specs.

Thanks for your help

Not sure.  The comp is in storage ( I was abroad for awhile).  Whatever came standard I guess would be my reply.  Is there anyway I could call dell to verify?

Your power supply is 375 watts.  Others have run the 9800 GTX+ in the XPS 410 with the stock power supply and had no issues.   See HERE.  Note Keithg2's comments.  He runs the same card as you are looking to get.
