Upgrading graphics card in Dell Inspiron 620

Hello. I have a question regarding what graphics card is compatible with my Dell Inspiron 620. I think I'm running 300W default. Do I even need to upgrade my PSU? What graphics card are compatible with my system without a PSU upgrade?

Specs: http://www.cnet.com/products/dell-inspiron-620-core-i5-2310-2-9-ghz-8-gb-1-tb-led-24/specs/

I am currently looking to upgrade my PSU with : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026

I'm not sure what graphics card I need. Thanks for the help

The CX Series is NOT EPS12v Compliant and less powerful than the dell 305W.

Corsair CS750M is minimum recommended upgrade.  A GT740 would not hurt your power supply or your wallet.  You CANNOT USE full size cards in a 620 they don't physically fit.
