VGA Standard Driver Windows 7

Greetings, My friend has an OptiPlex GX280 that was just upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium 32. Everything seems to be fine, except for the display. It shows as Standard VGA, but the only resolution available is 640x480. Neither Dell nor Microsoft appear to have updated drivers for this. A little background. The PC originally came with XP. At some point, her previous techie upgraded her to Win7 Ultimate, but never supplied her with software or license. The display was fine. She just got hit with a whole buncha' viruses resulting in massive file corruption. I did a full recovery on the PC and restored her back to the original XP. She purchased a Win7 Home Prem. license and I upgraded her, so it's legal now. And that's where we are. Any ideas on where I can get the updated driver? Or any other suggestions? If any more information is needed, I'll gladly supply it. Thank you in advance.

Does this have a discrete video card, or onboard graphics?
