Vostro 220, motherboard replacement instructions

So, just found out my motherboard is shot on my Vostro 220.  I can source a new one pretty cheap and I am confident with the appropriate directions, i can swap it out.  Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction on how to accomplish this.  Thanks!
