No such thing as better. They are all ancient.
They also come in different sizes.
MINI TOWER models are desirable due to taking regular power supplies.

All of the models you listed are over 10 years old. From 2006 or earlier.
4 gigs minus the INTEL Video means that the max is 4 gigs. Optiplex GX620 for example.
You can use MSDOS all the way to windows 10 32 bit for most of them. There is no point in 64 bit versions due to requirement for Pentium D 900 Series or higher to do that for windows 8 or 10 64 bit.
There is a reason why they are all $100 or less.
You are better off getting a newer Optiplex WITH WINDOWS 7 installed at Amazon or Walmart etc.
Precision T3500 series is the lowest I would recommend.

Saw a few on Amazon.ca as well but there close to 200-500$ thanks so do not put ten or 8 on my 360 then correct??? will check Ebay Canada as well: I had vista on here then got 7 but no 7 cd rom or sticker: for the 360

thanks I was not sure cause there all under 100 on a web site for Dells: but I do not know if there at max for Hard drive and ram: and if the system will take ten or 8 if on 7

7 or 8 or 10 will be VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY SLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWW without 4 gigs ram minimum and a GPU aka Radeon HD 5450 or better. There are VERY FEW Options for 360 or most of the optiplex units that are NOT MINI TOWER>

ebay is selling a 360 with win 10 on it for 135$ plus shipping 25.00 so I do not know how my pc will act like if I just buy ten cd rom and sticker

One more thing to consider with the Optiplex MT is that although they will accept a standard size power supply, the 24 pin connector is proprietary thusly requiring an adaptor or plenty of spare fiddly hours to convert a mini 24pin molex to a standard 24 pin. And oh, yes, some of the wires are swapped.

The 24 pin connector is NOT proprietary on the 745 or 755. The Mini Tower Versions can use a standard EPS12V power supply.
