What is Locked Memory in Memory Manager?
I have a Dell Dimension V-400 with Windows 98, 8.1 Gig H/D and 128 Meg RAM. In System Monitor, under the Memory Manager, among all kinds of memory there is one called "Locked Memory". Can some one please tell me what this is.
