White horizontal line on screen.......any one know what it is ......got me stumped ?
Alienware opt-x aw2310 monitor.
I have this annoying line on my monitor......i have unplugged monitor cable and it is still there so i know it is the monitor itself.
ran LCD conditioning tool....no change.
the line is white and grey bit of black also.
Anyone have any ideas as to what it is....or is my screen dying ?

physical crack in display edge. You have to hook to another computer to verify. If it moves to other computer then permanent physical damage. If its not on other then its video card issue (doesn't look like that Imho)
Individual pixels can fail but this is along edge. Not repairable.
