Windows 10: Boot From Recovery Flash Drive Question

I created a Windows 10 recovery USB flash drive and now I would like to test it to ensure it works. I pushed F12 for one time boot change and selected the flash drive: USB1-UEFI-OS (San Disc). The next screen brings up two choices onboard NIC (IPV4) or onboard NIC (IPV6). Which do I choose?
