Have tried everything. No error messages. Device working properly. Drivers up to date. Tried new keyboard. Same. Rebooted, removed all usbs, re inserted. Nothing. No lights on keyboard. Wireless mouse fine. Any ideas?

Please update the chipset drivers and BIOS from our website Support.dell.com
as all the ports cannot go faulty at the same time.
If in case after updating it still doesn't work please boot the system to Safe mode with networking and check if the ports are working fine there.
