XPS 27 rejects discs when inserted.
I have an approximately three year old XPS 27 running W10. It has just started to reject discs as soon as they are inserted. Any suggestions??

Thanks for writing to us.
When did the issue start? Have you done any made any hardware or software changes lately?
Please try the following step.
Load the machine into BIOS by tapping on f2 during start up, while the system is in BIOS put in the disc and observe if it still ejects.
Then boot the machine into windows and follow the steps .
Go to device manager by searching for the same, then right click on disc drives, uninstall.
Then follow the steps from the link
