XPS 2710 warning window during F12 diagnostics (Internal hard drive not detected or disk controller may not be supported) to contact tech support.
First, we thought it was an internal hard drive issue, but swapped out drives and same warning window appeared after 2nd reboot. Next we thought the sata cable might be the issue, if not we're left with only replacing the motherboard Dell says the cable is unavailable. Can't get any information on part inventory or backorders. This is not the way to do business. Should of stayed with Apple ! Any help out there?
