Hi,
Thank you for writing to us! I would ask you to provide some more information about the issue you are facing,
*Were any recent changes(software/hardware) were made to the system?
*How are trying to wake up the system from sleep mode?
*Have you performed any changes to the system?
Also do reply to this post with the service tag of the system along with the operating system information sent via private message so that I can check the system specifications to assist you further.
