XPS 630 + monitor

Well, I just recieved my new xps 630 today and it is great. I ordered a monitor that was supposed to come with it. It never showed up. I called dell, they gave me a tracking number and that tracking number had very little info. I called Fedex with the tracking number and the rep there tells me that It was never picked up. Dell tells me that it was picked up but fedex has not updated the tracking number.

Dell wants me to call them monday if it is not resolved but I think I may be getting hosed. I think the monitor is sitting on their shipping dock and I would like them to start a trace action now...

Here is the question (finally): Should I be a patient customer and hope that it is delivered tomorrow or monday? or call dell back up and see if I can get some satisfaction there?

Call Customer Service (800-624-9897) today and ask them for the tracking number.
