XPS 730x

I noticed the newer the pc's are going the fewer pci slots are available.

on my 720, I am wanting to go with the 730x. I have a pci sound card, tv card and another USB card.

The 730x has 1 pci slot. I would get a soundcard so that leaves me with no card slots left. I assume I could buy pci express cards for my purposes, is this correct?

What make of MB are they using on the 730x

Thanks

Jr

You can switch to a PCIe express Soundblaster card which is X1 slot size

The board is a standard ATX board Dell branded. Probably made by Foxcon. This board is fully swapable with any standard ATX aftermarket board.
