XPS 7760 Bluetooth device missing
Have new XPS 7760 looking to pair Bluetooth headset...seems no Bluetooth device in Device Manager, no Bluetooth Tile, no "turn on Bluetooth" in Blue tooth settings...am I missing something? is this common for Dell top of line device?

Bluetooth Turning Bluetooth on off
Turning Bluetooth on or off
NOTE: There is no physical switch to enable or disable Bluetooth. It has to be done through the computer settings.
Swipe-in from the right edge of the display, or click the Action Center icon on the taskbar to access the Action Center.
Click Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth on or off
Pairing the Bluetooth-enabled devices
Turn on Bluetooth.
Swipe-in from the right edge of the display, or click the Action Center icon on the taskbar to access the Action Center.
Click Bluetooth , and then click Go to settings.
Select the desired Bluetooth device.
Click Pair to pair the bluetooth devices.
Searching and adding Bluetooth devices
Click Yes to confirm the passcodes on both the devices.
