XPS 8700 w/ 256GB SSD - OS installed on standard drive?

I just received my new XPS 8700, it came with a 256GB SSD, and a 1TB HD.  I had assumed the SSD would house the OS, but it looks like it's installed on the 1TB drive.  Is this true, or am I just dense and don't understand the setup?  How can I transfer the OS to the SSD?

OS(C:) -  36.6GB used of 920GB

WINRETOOLS (D:) - 717MB used of 1.99GB

DATAPART1 (G:) - 128MB used of 238GB
